Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the Puttr app is open, and your device is within range. If issues persist, restart both the app and your device.

Puttr can be set up on any flat, smooth surface — indoors or outdoors. A carpet or putting mat works best for consistent ball roll.

Check that the ball return ramp is properly assembled and that the surface beneath is flat. Adjusting the angle of the ramp can also help.

Puttr's mat is designed to replicate a stimpmeter reading of approximately 10–11, similar to a fast tour-quality green.
